      Reverende pater, domine colendissime! etc. Die tertia praesentis mensis (Februar 3) quodam cursore Venetorum misi ad p. v. r. in Venetias litteras stationis et missivas reverendissimi domini cardinalis Senensis ad conventum Gotwicensem, quibus attestatur vestram reverendam paternitatem exactas in negocio beati Altmanni hic habitas diligencias cum citatione contra intrusum in parrochiali ecclesia in Meisling, Pataviensis diocesis. Eas in Veneciis percepisse credo. Indulgenciae stationum ecclesiarum praeter speciales et proprias, quae in quadragesima duplicantur, sunt septem annorum, quas dedit beatus Gregorius quottidie ecclesie, ubi stacio, quam ipse instituit, celebratur, ut dicit Iohannes de Turrecremata in tractatu de poenitenciis super prima distinctione centesima: his auctoritatibus etc. In facto brevis hactenus nil obtentum propter mendacia abbatis. Expediam bullam, quam Saltzeburge non erit necesse expectare, mittam eam ad Froselmoser. Alia post v. r. p. discessum ad scribendum digna non evenerunt. Expecto in dies litteras v. r. p., quibus agnoscere possum pericula et discrimina viarum ab urbe usque in Venecias. Hiis me p. v. r. unice commendo. Ex urbe die 17. februarii anno 1496.||
      Eximiae r. p. v. deditissimus inservitor Rupertus Spigl.||
      P. S. Dominus Stephanus Kaesrar ex Saltzeburga scripsit ad me literas p. v. r. in Venecias missas ante adventum in Pataviam ad dominum prepositum dominum Georgium Pernnbeck ordinasse, cum quo tute mittentur et casu, quo aperirentur, nil secreti, quod alius a paternitate vestra reverenda intelligere posset, continetur.
