Der Passauer Bischof Vigilicus bringt die Klage des Richter Ratt zu Mauttern [Mautern] ein, der sich über den zu St. Margarethen und auf dem Karner eingesetzten Pfarrer beklagt, da er oftmals die Messe unterläßt.
