Kaiserin Maria Theresia erhebt Franz Karl Blowsky in den erblichen Adelsstand. Sein Urgroßvater Johann Wenzel war Bürgermeister von Prag, sein anderer Großvater Fabian Albert Oberschreiber und Vizelehenrichter beim Prager Kammerrecht, sein Vater Johann Franz Landesadvokat und ältester Adjunctus Fisci v. Böhmen.
