Bruno dei gracia episcopus Olomucensis. Dilecto in Christo Alberto presbytero ordinis Premonstratensis salutem in domino. Cum dilectus nobis magister Joannes Znoemensis archidiaconus ad ecclesiam in Mizlawe nostre diocesis te nobis presentauerit, ac ad eandem sibi per abbatem de Gerus ordinis Premonstrat. Patauien. diocesis, qui in ipsa ius obtinet patronatus, tamquam loci archidiacono fueris presentatus: nos ad peticionem ac presentacionem ipsius dictam tibi ecclesiam de Mizlawe confirmamus, et administracionem spiritualium tibi conferimus, presentes super hoc tibi litteras sigilli nostri roboratas munimine in testimonium concedentes. Datum in Cremeser in crastino beati Mauricii Ao. Dni. M.CC.LXV.
