Wenceslaus dei gracia rex Bohemie, dux Cracouie et Sandomirie, marchio Morauie omnibus suis iudicibus siue officiariis graciam suam et omne bonum. Fidelitatem uestram presentibus uolumus non latere, quod nos ob diuine mercedis intuitum et ob salutem anime nostri patris pie memorie viris religiosis ordinis premonstratensis ecclesie in Gerusch, et dominabus eiusdem ordinis in Pernech talem contulimus graciam specialem, vt si quis colonorum propriorum in homicidio, siue furto, siue oppressione uirginum, uel alterius enormis facti perpetracione et commissione, cuius mortem subire teneretur, fuerit deprehensus: precipimus uobis nostre gracie sub obtentu, quatenus de bonis ipsorum colonorum uos nullo modo intromittatis, sed bona illa, si qua fuerint, in usus predictarum personarum religiosarum penitus redigantur. Verumtamen cum personis predictorum malefactorum quemadmodum ordo iuris exigit faciatis. Ad cuius rei consoliditatem et perpetuitatem predictis personis religiosis presentia dedimus scripta, nostri sigilli munimine roboratam. Datum Vienne Anno Dni. M.CC.XXXXIXII.1 quarto idus Decembris.
