Achaz und Magdalena Waser verkaufen dem Kloster Pernegg um 490 Pfd. Güter und Gülten zu Nondorf an der Wild, die sie vom Landesfürsten zu Lehen hatten. Sie stiften außerdem einen Jahrtag zu Pernegg.
