Liupoldus dei gratia dux Austrie. Omnibus christi fidelibus tam presentis etatis quam future generationis pacem et exultationem in perpetuum. Vitam religiosam eligentes et in secretiori quiete deo servire cupientes habundantiori principum sunt tuendi presidio, ne quis eorum facultates iniuste auferat, vel quomodolibet molestando robur eorum religionis infringat. Hinc est, quod ego Liupoldus diuina favente clementia dux austrie fratrum in domo Sancte Crucis deo servientium presenti consulens utilitati, et future providens necessitati, hac nostra conscriptione tam presenti generationi quam future posteritati notificandum duximus, quod predium eorum Roreh nomine iniuste eis a quodam ministeriali nostro ablatum, liberum et absolutum redidimus, nemine in eo ius reclamandi vel possidendi habente. ne igitur quisquam hominum in eodem loco facultatem habeat castellum edificandi, silvam exstirpandi‚ vel aliquomodo predictos fratres gravandi, presenti descriptione inhibemus, statuentes, ut nulli omnino liceat predictum predium vendere, comutare vel alio quocumque modo de domo Sancte Crucis aligenare. Ut autem predictum predium eidem venerabili loco ratum et integrum in omne evum permaneat, terminos eius describimus testes annotantes et sigillo nostro signantes. Isti sunt termini. Per ascensum vie, que vulgo Rorwech dicitur, usque ad semitam exeuntem de Wildekke, et ducentem ad semitam venientem de loupa, et per eandem semitam in Sulz, et per descensum ripe, que vocatur medelich, usque ad predictam viam, quam Rorwech nominavimus. Hujus rei testes sunt Ulricus de Gadme et filius ejus Wichardus, Liupoldus Ahtare, Ortolfus de Kirchsteten, Conradus Ahtare, Rodegerus de Game cognomento paveiare. Datum anno ab incarnatione domini MCLXXXVIII.° II.° kal. Junii in mutarn. Regnante Friderico imperatore feliciter. Amen.
