Honorius episcopus seruus seruorum dei dilectis filiis abbati et conuentui sancte crucis patauiensis salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Justis petentium desideriis dignum est, nos facilem prebere consensum et uota, que a rationis tramite non discordant effectu prosequente complere. Eapropter dilecti in domino filii uestris iustis precibus inclinati ius patronatus ecclesie de Sulz inferiori a dilecto filio nobili uiro L. Duce Austrie de consensu diocesani loci et sui capituli monasterio uestro pia liberalitate collatum, sicut illud iuste, canonice ac pacifice obtinetis, et in ipsius diocesani litteris dicitur contineri, uobis et per uos ipsi monasterio uestro auctoritate apostolica confirmamus, et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat, hanc paginam nostre confirmationis infringere, uel ei ausu temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit, indignationem omnipotentis dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius se nouerit incursurum. Datum Laterani V.o idus Januarii, pontificatus nostri anno vndecimo.
