Der Palatin Dionys beurkundet, dass sich die Abbtei heiligen Kreuz rücksichtlich ihres rechtlichen Besitzes des Gebietes der Byssener durch Vorlage der betreffenden königlichen Verleihbriefe ausgewiesen habe.

    Dionysius dei gracia comes palatinus omnibus presens scriptum inspecturis salutem et omne bonum. Nouerint uniuersi, quod, dum de mandato domini regis omnes terras byssenorum alienatas reuocaremus, inter cetera pro quadam terra nomine Legentou circa Galus conuentum sancte crucis de Austria, quem indebite possedisse credebamus, citari per hec (sic) iussimus, qui coram nobis assistentes super predictam terram priuilegium regis et litteras precedentium iudicum nobis presentauerit. Nos uero intuentes ipsos iuste possedisse et rege referente nobis, quod pro sepedicta terra byssenis aliam terram dedisset, confirmauimus predicte ecclesie possidere perpetualiter, et nos ipsis byssenis terram, quam dominus rex eis contulit in concambio, litteris nostris cum sigilli nostri munimine in perpetuum roborauimus.
