    Notum sit omnibus tam presentis quam future generationis etatibus, quod ego Eglolfus abbas et Vlricus prior et conuentus domus sancte crucis de contentione, quam habebat Syboto de Winden pro parte vinearum sitarum in monte pertinenti ad Supprunium, et pro quadam parte silue pertinenti ad condistrictum prefate uille Winden, tale fecimus medium, quod prenominatus Syboto cum bona uoluntate ac liberorum consensu cessit liti, cessit etiam omnimodis iuri suo, quod se fatebatur actenus possedisse iure feodali, tali conditione interposita, quod iam dictus Syboto ligna silue contentionis usque Georii presentis anni redigat in usus suos totaliter. De cetero uero fundum eiusdem silue dimidium diebus uite sue quiete possideat, post decessum autem ipsius ad monasterium reuertetur. Siquidem iuri suo et liti predictarum uinearum in presenti omnimodis abnegauit. Acta sunt hec anno gracie M.°CC.°XLI.° in festo omnium sanctorum ad sanctam crucem coram testibus.
