    Ego Irnfridus in Wazzerberchk dictus de Puchperchk una cum uxore mea Perchta notum facio tam presentibus quam futuris qui presens scriptum perspexerint, quod bona nostra proprietatis titulo ad nos spectantia in Mitterndorf sita vendidi sub eo iure quod vulgariter Reutreht nuncupatur. obligans me ad hoc cum supradicta uxore mea ac promittens .... eadem . . protegere ac defensare contra omne ius libere debeam . . . . ut autem .... et venditio perpetuo robur obtineat firmitatis, presentes literas mei sigilli munimine insignitas tradidi communiter ostendendas. Data et acta sunt azzerberchk anno Domini M°. CC°. LXXX°. VII°. subsequenti secunda feria post Dominicam qua cantatur Misericordia Domini plena est terra.
