Kaiserliches Hofdekret, wonach keine Novizen oder Kleriker früher aus dem Konvent zu entlassen sind, bevor nicht eine Antwort auf die Zuschriften von Eltern, Verwandten oder Vormündern einging. Als nächste Stelle seien der Magistrat, unmittelbare Obrigkeit oder die politische Landesstelle zu verständigen.
