Monachi sancti Saluatoris in Chremisemonasterio sancte matris et apostolice ecclesie filiis transmittunt hec, ut et fideliter suscipiant et memoriter teneant, Decimationem in Oulesburgensi barochia pertinentem ad altare sancti Saluatoris, quod est in chremisemonasterio, quidam Eberhardus eiusdem parochie presbiter perperam inuadere et sibi raptim usurpare contendens intantum huius loci monachos iniuriatus est, ut nostrates non nisi armis defensando eam retinere possent; Quod dum inhibere marchio otacher defensor monasterii sed et dominus Eberhardi, et ideo nolens, nequiret, adiit Oudelricum patauiensis ecclesie episcopum in presentia fratrum ad interpellandum pro eis obnixe rogans, ut hanc litem utrumque canonice cum suis canonicis determinaret. Igitur Anno MXCIII dominice incarnationis, indictione I. II. Id. Sept. Feria II. anno ordinationis Oudelrici pontificis secundo coadunato Lauriacum monachorum, clericorum, laicorum cetu prefatus episcopus utriusque partis causam sapienter et cum sapientibus trutinans illud discidium hoc modo discreuit. Edixit namque, ut sique essent adducerentur a nostris persone probabiles supradicte barrochie conterminales, que sacramento super reliquias sanctorvm vaeraciter affirmare possent, quod illam decimationem, quam Eberhardus Saluatori sibique famulantibus in Chremisemonasterio dirripere apetiit, ipsi suique parentes et aui et preaui persoluerent annuatim fratribus hic deo seruientibus temporibus Patauiensium episcoporum (Adalberti) Pilgrimi, Christiani, Beringeri, Eigilberti, Altmanni, Oudelrici, Quod ita constanter et uoluntarie peregerunt utriusque conditionis uiri Adalram, Otto, Berhtold, Adelbreht, Hagano, Enzi et alii quam plures, coram Oudelrico episcopo pontificali sede que est Lauriaco presidente et coram Bezemanno lambacensi abbate et monachis sancti saluatoris Adalramo, Hoholdo, Heinrico, Rappotone, Eberhardo, et coram Chuonrado, Engilberto, Oudelrico sacerdotibus et prepositis, et coram Arnoldo archipresbitero et Guncilino, Adeloldo, Hartuuico, Vuasigrimo et aliis multis clericis ipsoque Eberhardo et coram laicis nobilibus presentis episcopi militibus Waltchouno, Oudelrico, Pabone Iteraque Oudelrico, Adalramo.
