Manegoldus dei gracia Patauiensis episcopus uniuersis presentem paginam inspicientibus in uero salutari salutem. Nouerit uniuersorum tam presencium quam futurorum caritas, quod cum Ortolfus plebanus de Chemnaten obtinuisset ab ecclesia in Chremsmvnster quandam decimam in Achliten hoc pacto, ut post mortem suam omne feodum, quod a dicta ecclesia in feodo possidet, ipsi ecclesie libere . uacaret et absolute; et cum postea in ipsa pactione nutasset, conuentus coram nobis super hoc a uenerabili fratre domino Rudolfo abbate in Chremsmvnster dictam sponsionem in presentia nostri et aliorum honestorum uirorum ratihabicione legittima solidauit; Insuper data fide promisit, ut si ecclesia in Chremsmvnster aliquod impedimentum a fratribus dicti Or. super ipsis feodis paciatur, studeat coram nobis et duce Austrie ipsum totis uiribus uacare. Huius rei testes sunt: Abbas in Glvnich, Chvnradus maior plebanus, Heinricus de Petenbach archydyaconus, Hartmannus prepositus yndicensis, Magister Heinricus de witen, Pernhardus et Reinhardus monachi. C. Acta sunt hec Patauie in castro nostro Ort anno ab incarnacione domini M.CC.X. Indictione xjjj. x. Kal. Augusti, anno pontiticatus nostri V.
