Eckbert, Bischof von Bamberg, gibt dem Kloster Kremsmünster eine von seinen Vorfahren demselben geschenkte und jüngst entzogene Hube in der Kaiserau wieder zurück.

In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis. Ekenbertus dei gracia Babenbergensis episcopus. Equitati consonat et racioni, ut, quod indebite et minus provide agitur, salubri et iusta retractacione in melius reuocetur. Hinc est, quod, cum nos quandam hubam inter redditus nostras in Gaersten sitam in loco, qui Kayseraw dicitur, quam dominus et pius pater consanguineus noster pie memorie Otto Babenbergensis episcopus contulerat ecclesie in Chremsmunster et fratres ibidem deo seruientes suis sumptibus laboriose extirpatam et cultam ad suos usus perduxerant, nos officialium nostrorum instinctu et suggestioue inducti in nostros usus retraximus. Nos itaque super eadem iniuria sepius a dilecto consanguineo nostro eiusdem monasterii abbate Heinrico moniti et sollicitati tandem ius eiusdem ecclesie sibi recognouimus et eandem hvbam libere et sine omni contradictione eidem monasterio pro salute anime nostre et antecessorum nostrorum restituimus ac donamus. Et ne deinceps surrepat aliqua erroris facultas, sed in perpetuum eis firmum permaneat, litteris annotari et sigillo nostro roborari decreuimus. Datum apud Wiennam jj kal.
