Otacharus dei gratia Dominus Regni Bohemie, Dux Austrie, Marchio Morauie Omnibus presentia inspecturis in perpetuum. Diuinam maiestatem cupientes in suis honorare ministris, seruorum dei peticiones presertim fauorabiles benigne duximus exaudire. Exhibuit itaque nobis uenerabilis abbas de Chremsmunster subscriptum privilegium bone memorie Friderici Ducis petens, illud per nostre celsitudinis gratiam confirmarj. (Nun folgt die Urkunde vom 25. April 1236.) Nos autem, quod ab eodem Duce salubriter in hac parte factum est, ratum et gratum habentes eandem remisionem curis aduocatie per hanc concessionis gratiam antedicto monasterio in Chremsmunster iure perpetuo confirmamus. Testes: Otto Patauiensis Episcopus, Chunradus Frisingensis Electus, Hermannus abbas de Altah, Otto et Chunradus Comites de Plein, Heinricus et Wernhardus de Schowenberch, Wocho de Rosenberch, Chunradus de Zecking, Lvdwicus et Wernherus de Zeleking, Albero et Wichardus fratres de Polnheim, Vlricus de Capella, Vlricus de Lobenstein, Siboto et Arnoldus de Lonstorf, Ernestus et Chunradus fratres de Asperch. Merboto de Oed, Ernsto de Stein, Heinricus et Otto de Ahleiten et alij plurimj. Datum in Wels in mense Octobris anno domini MCCLVIII. Indictione secunda.
