Johannes episcopus servus servorum dei Dilectis filiis Abbati et Conventui Monasterii in Chremsmunster ordinis sancti Benedicti Pataviensis diocesis Salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Devotionis vestre precibus benignum impercientes assensum auctoritate vobis presentium indulgemus, ut possessiones et bona alia mobilia et immobilia, que liberas personas vestrorum fratrum ad Monasterium vestrum mundi vanitate relicta convolantium et professionem facientium in eodem iure successionis vel alio iusto titulo, si remansissent in seculo, contigissent, et que ipsi existentes in seculo potuissent, vobis libere erogare, petere, recipere ac etiam retinere licite valeatis sine iuris preiudicio alieni. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat, hanc paginam nostre concessionis infringere vel ei ausu temerario contraire. Siquis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit, indignationem omnipotentis dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli Apostolorum eius se noverit incursurum. Datum Avinione Nonis Maii Pontificatus nostri Anno Tertio.
