      Ego Adelbero dei gratia Wirziburgensis episcopus notum esse uolo omnibus christi fidelibus, qualiter licentia domini apostolici pape Gregorii congregationem clericorum in lambach consensu et consilio parrochiani episcopi patauiensis scilicet Altmanni mutaui in conmunem cenobialis uite uidelicet monachorum conuersationem. Et quoniam conmunis uita monachorum plus indiget quam secularium conuentus clericorum, ad supplementum eorum ex nostro adauxi fisco quatuor uidelicet siluas, Quarum due iuxta trunam in parte aquilonari sunt site una mercato Wels inferior, alia superior. Inferioris uero Hardis nemorarius Enzo erat, superioris autem Hardis nemorarius erat Engizo. Ex altera autem parte eiusdem fluminis trune contra septemtrionem due silue una ad buchunloch, cuius nemorarius Bero erat, altera ad eiterwalt, cuius nemorarius Ello erat. In his ergo siluis solus abbas absque ulla contradictione pro suo libitu habet potestatem euellendi, domos edificandi, plantandi, molendinos faciendi, uenandi, insuper quicquid ad utilitatem fratrum inde potuerit excogitari. Addidi insuper, quantum mihi predii de patruo meo Aribone ad zuuisili contigit et uicinum mercatum ad wels duoque mercata in francia, unum ad Onoldesbach, ad Geroldeshouen alterum cum omni utilitate ad ipsa pertinente et parrochiam, que dicitur Toutinstetin. Haec omnia Eggiberto uenerabili abbati conmisi eo, quo ego hec iure habui, monasteriique curam potestatiue habere feci. Huius rei testes sunt: Eberhardus comes, Marcwardus, Gerung, Ebo, Heinrich, Zeizolf, Aribo, Porn, Itemque Porn, Nending, Archo, Herrant, Penno, Werimout, Aribo, Erchenbreht, Adalram, Altman, Adalbert. Actum est Ratispone anno Millesimo I. VI. Indictione VIIII., Episcopatus autem domni Adalberonis XII. Si quis hanc traditionem infringere aut destruere presumpserit, perpetuo anatemate ligatis manibus et pedibus mittatur in tenebras exteriores, ibi erit fletvs et Stridor Dentivm.
