C. Notum sit omnibus christi fidelibus tam presentibus quam futuris, qualiter Domnus E. (Emehardus)*) wirziburgensis episcopus ob remedium anime episcopi A. (Adelberonis) et sue tradidit ad altare sancte MARJE et sancti Kyliani martyris V. filios Gnanilini cum omni possessione eorum prope ac procul quesitum et non quesitum, Maezelinum uero de witinspach cum nouissimo filio suo omnique possessione eius, Degnonis preterea uxorem cum omni posteritate ac possessione nec non et mancipiis suis, villam quoque ad Immingin cum mancipiis prope ac procul quesitum et non quesitum cum omni iure, Nemus insuper ad Buchunloch, super quod nemorarii sunt Amulung et frater eius Deitmarus cum omni potestate et utilitate, siluis ac feris, quocunque abbati libitum fuerit, Bezemanswert cum feris ac omni utilitate penitus in potestate cum potestatiua manu dedit. Uenatores igitur ad monasterium seruientes nullius potestas, nisi solius abbatis super eos sit. Addidit adhuc uillam ad stroheim cum mancipiis et omnibus quesitis et inquirendis. In aegre piscationem a vehlaa portu vsque in trunam idem ipse abbas in banno habet. Hec traditio super altare sancte MARJE et sancti Kyliani in manum Bezmanni abbatis et aduocati marchionis Otahkars cum omni iure delegata est. Hii sunt testes Wolframus comes de amenberch, Gozuuinus camerarius Arnolt vicedominus, Hartwih de Chreglingin, Ludeuuihc, Pillung, Arnhalm, Durinch, Warmunt, Rapoto et frater eius Deitprant et filius eius Deitprant, Porn et filius eius, Manegott, Hartman, Timo Deitrihc, Sigeboto, Wernhart, Egilolf. Anno ab incarnatione domini Millesimo C. III. Indictione XI. Epacta XI. Concurrente III. VIIII. Kalendas Mai HEC ACTA SUNT.
