    C. In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis Heroldus dei gratia wirziburgensium episcopus omnibus christiane professionis hominibus salutem et gaudia eterne retributionis consequi in celestibus. Notum esse uolumus tam presentibus quam postfuture etatis hominibus, qualiter quedam questio de quadam muliere Truoihilde et liberis eius forte oriebatur, utrum ministeriales an alterius conditionis, que illa inferior est, esse deberent. Tandem, sicut ratio et tenor iuris postulabat, in presentia nostra probatum est, quod ministeriales lambacensis ecclesie, sicut ceteri ministeriales de lambach esse deberent. Audita itaque probatione et confirmata eadem lege prefate ecclesie cum liberis suis tradidimus et pagina presentis scripti confirmauimus et ei auctoritatem impressione sigilli nostri dedimus. Si quis igitur tam rationabile factum sufficienti testimonio probatum et priuilegio nostro confirmatum in posterum infringere uel infirmare presumpserit, anathema sit maranatha. Huius rei testes sunt hi Clerici Summus prepositus Richolfus, Persius decanus, Reinhardus prepositus, Adelbertus custos, Godefridus cantor, Johannes magister scolarum, Laici Godefridus de foro, Baldwinus de reinsburs (sic), Matho, Engilhardus dapifer, Berwardus marscalcus, Liupoldus, Heroldus camerarius, Cuinradus, Merebodo camerarius. Acta dominice incarnationis anno M. C. LXVI. Indictione XIIII. Regnante romanorum imperatore Friderico XIIII. anno regni et imperii eius (XI), Boppone existente urbano comite.
