Notum sit tam presentibus quam futuris, quod nos Wernhardus et Heinricus fratres et Richkerus de Prantpach ditmarum proprietatis nobis titulo attinentem pro iure ministerialis liberi in Lambach ad altare beate uirginis delegamus tali interposita condicione, ut si aliquis superstitam nostrorum et nepotum prefatum ditmarum impetere uoluerit pro iure, cui renunciauimus unanimiter et deuote, singule nostre possessionis tam culte quam inculte pro xxx libris predicto cenobio obligacionis vinculo sint astricte. Huius rei testes sunt dominus Wernhardus de Gramperch, Chunradus de Neitherting, fridricus de Schuezing, Hermanus de possenprun, Ditmarus, Vlricus filii eius, Vlricus de possenprun, Maganus et Vlricus fratres de Chustelwanch, dominus Maganus de hornorn, Heinricus officialis de praitenaw, Ditmarus posach, Otto, Siboto fratres de Samoting, dominus Heinricus de Alzing, Vlricus de Swaig, Heinricus de Wang, Vlricus de Hetenperch et allii quam plures. Acta sunt hec sub Abbate Wernhardo Anno domini M°cc°lxij°.
