Nouerint vniuersi presentem cedulam inspecturi, quod wernhardus de Draehselheim cum consensu et bona uoluntate matris sue tute et sororis sue Jutte cum heredibus eius et sororum suarum Gredrudis (sic), perhte, Salomee cum heredibus ipsarum dedit vnam curiam in Geismoltsheim titulo vendicionis venerabili Abbati W. et conuentui Lambacensi pro quadraginta libris wiennensis monete iure proprietario possidendam, mater uero predicti wernhardi et sorores prenotate cum heredibus suis abrenunciauerunt dicte possessioni, ipse etiam wernhardus coram nobis G. preposito in Richersperg et conuentui (sic) nostro similiter abrenunciauit, qui etiam huic possessioni curie videlicet in Erlaech, quam titulo vendicionis Rudgero Gauloni dedit pro quadraginta libris patauiensis monete, vna cum matre et sororibus publice abrenunciauit. Nos uero G. prepositus et conuentus in Richersperg super ipsa abrenunciacione cunctis in testimonium presentem cedulam sigilli nostri munimine duximus roborandam. Sunt uero huius rei testes Hugo de Sauersteten, Heinricus et Manegoldus fratres de Aheim, Heinricus de Aigling, Leutoldus de Aigling, Grifo et Otto fratres de Albrehtsheim, Chunradus de Mulheim, Heinricus filius eiusdem, Chunradus de Geinperg, Chunradus de Draehselheim, Engelschalcus judex, Chunradus poeltenaer, Chunradus spiser, Albertus frater eiusdem et alii quam plures; hii uero testes prenotati adhibiti sunt curie in Erlaeh; subnotati uero sunt adhibendi curie in Geismoltsheim: Otto de pavrawe et fridericus frater eius, Dietmarus de volspach. Heinricus cocus, Chunradus frater suus, Chunradus de Nitharting et duo filii sui, Rudolfus de Chustelwanch, Heinricus de Alzing, Siboto de Samating, Otto frater suus, Heinricus, Albero, Herbordus, Caupo, Engelbertus Judex, Chunradus de Aistersheim, Dietmarus, Heinricus et alii quam plures.
