    Vniuersa negocia mandata literis et uoci testium ex earum trahunt memoria firmamentum nouerint igitur uniuersi audituri hanc literam et uisuri, quod nos Chunradus dei gratia abbas totusque conuentus Lambacensis ecclesie pari animo Ortolfo cognomento Wess et vxori sue Agneti curiam nostre ecclesie in Gietzleisperch et hubam in Choclofling ad decursionem solummodo vite ipsorum suis perfruendis vsibus sub hereditatis titulo contulimus tali pacto, vt de eadem curia pro seruicio vi. solidis denariorum winnensium in festo Michahelis et in festo Geori xv. denarii pro iure aduocatie et de ipsa hveba lx denarii pro seruicio et x. pro aduocatia tempore prenotato nostre ecclesie singulis annis sine contradictione qualibet persoluantur, ipsis vero tributum vniuerse carnis soluentibus dicta curia et hveba omni inpeticione propinquorum et amicorum penitus semota libere ad usus nostre ecclesie reuertantur ne vero senio temporum versutiisve malignorum hec pactio infirmetur, presentem scedulam testium subscriptione et sigillorum nostrorum firmauimus testamento testibus, qui aderant, subnotatis, Datum in Lambach anno domini M°.CC°.LXXXVIIJ°.
