Abschrift Aus dem 15. Jahrhundert in einem Codex des Stiftes zu Lambach
Facta modernorum scriptis solent futurorum memorie conmendari. Hinc est, quod nos Chunradus dei gratia Abbas totusque conuentus ecclesie Lambacensis tam presentibus quam futuris huius scripti munimine declaramus nos Engelberto et Vlrico genero suo cum vxoribus ipsorum omnique posteritati eorum feodum nostrum, quod uulgariter dicitur Hiltgreimes Lehen, quod ipsi prius a iustis heredibus conparauerant, iure hereditario contulisse duplice interposita condicione vna ad nos, ad heredes vero altera pertinente. Ad nos respiciens conditio talis est, vt ipsi singulis annis et posteritas ipsorum nostre ecclesie VIIIJ. metretas frumenti pro seruicio et X. denarios pro stevra aduocacie et insuper ius, quod dicitur Vorstreht, persoluere non omittant. Condicio vero pertinens ad heredes supra dicti feodi hec est, vt, si quis ex prioribus heredibus ipsos uel heredes ipsorum pro supradicto inpetierit tempore procedente, in XXX. libris ipsis teneatur certissime obligatus, et vt predicta robur optineant firmitatis, subscriptis testibus et sigillorum nostrorum appensione iussimus stabiliri. testes Hainricus viehter, H. filius suus, Hainricus caupo de Lambach, Hugo ibidem, Wernhardus officialis de wels et alij plures. Datum Lambaci anno domini M°.CC°.LXXXVIIIJ.
