    Humanum genus in mortem defluens desiderat, vt acta sua debeant firmiter constare integraliter et perfecte. Pateat igitur omnibus presentem litteram inspecturis, Quod nos Christanus dei gratia abbas Totusque conuentus Lambacensis Ecclesye Chunrato et vxori sue Juditte et suis successoribus contulimus predium in monte Tann iure hereditario possidendum ita tamen, quod in vero seruicio jn Natiuitate beate virginis dimidiam libram denariorum, jn stevra triginta, decem in vectura vini, jn aduocacie x. et vj. pullos annis siagulis soluere non permittant (sic), Vera voce protestantes, quod Ortolfus cum omnibus suis amicis remisit jus, quod indebite sibi vsurpabat in feodo prenotato. Et ne aliquis nostrum tractatum per nos fauorabiliter concessum aliquis (sic) adtemptauerit enigrare, presentes sibi litteras conscriptas nostri sigilli ac conuentus tradidimus super eo Testibus, qui aderant, subnotatis: Wernhardus Officialis, Heinricus viechtarius senior, Vlricus in Mair Lambach, ditmarus suus fratruelis, Vlricus suus fratrvelis, Wernhardus suus fratruelis, Ckvnradus Miles Holtzman. Acta sunt hec Anno domini M°.CC°. Nonagesimo quarto.
