    Nos frater Symon dei gracia et apostolice sedi episcopus Castoriensis universis Christi fidelibus salutem in omnium salutari. Cupientes quoslibet christiane fidei professores ad ea devocionis exercicia donis spiritualibus invitare, ut eium de cuius munere venit, ut a fidelibus suis sibi digne et laudabiliter serviatur in suis sacratis edibus suo cultui dedicatis pro perceptis ab ipso beneficiis devota frequencia et dignis honoribus venerentur, omnibus qui ecclesiam Lambacensis monasterii in festivitatibus quatuor beate virginis Marie et patroni et in anniversario dedicacionis ecclesie cappellarumque et altarium eiusdemque monasterii digna devocione curaverint frequentare de omnipotentis dei misericorditer in domino relaxamus volentes indulgencie nostre graciam huiusmodi perpetu duraturam.
