Margret, Wittwe des Wernczlein von Kessel, sendet mit ihren Angehörigen dem Abte v. Lambach ihre Gerechtigkeit an dem Kessellehen zu Piricheck, Pfre Viechtwang, für Peter auf dem Graben auf.
