Thomas, Abt v. Lambach, verleiht der Magdalena, Wittwe des Stephan Kunstmann (?) zu Passau je die Hälfte am Obergut zu Oberlechen, am Niedergut u. Mühle daselbst u. eine Sölde zu Niederlechen.
