      Cum oracionibus devotis sinceram in domino Jesu caritatem. Reverende honorandi ac religiosi patres et fratres vestris notificamus venerabilitatibus, quod sexto ydus decembris dilectus nobis in Christo ac religiosus Georgius presbyter nostri monasterii monachus professus, sacramentis ecclesiasticis rite premunitus viam carnis universe ingressus est. Quare affectuosius deprecamur, ut iuxta fedus contrarie contracte nobiscum fraternum eidem fratri solita exequi arum suffragia impendere, necnon kaldendariis mortuo rum ipsius nomen inscribere velitis, prout vicissim pro vestris defunctis soliti sumus exhibere. Ex monasterio nostro Lambacensi sancte Lucie virginis et martiris anno domini etc. octogesimo quinto.
