Abt Konrad, Prior Otto und der Konvent von Melk bestätigen des Rückkauf eines Lehens um 28 Pfund durch das Kloster Melk von Leopold, Bürger von Stain, Sohn des verstorbenen Heinrich Scriba. Das Kloster sichert Leopold allerdings die Einkünfte der Mühle bei Chremsa auf Lebenszeit zu. Zeugen: Source Regest: Winner - Herold Nr. 147
