Siegfried dictus Neydawer verkauft mit Zustimmung seiner Frau Margarete sein Klosterlehen von fünf Schilling Einkünfte zu Michaeli von einem Lehen in Lanzing um sieben Pfund 60 Pfennig an Abt Ulrich und den Konvent von Melk. Siegler: Aussteller und Chalhoch von Kirchberg. Zeugen: Friedrich Vleischezz, Ulrich von Pielach, Otto von Pielach, milites; Hartmud Vleischezze, Marquard von Kuffern, Bernhard von Melk, clientes.
