Pfarrer Chunrad zu Vöslau verkauft Abt Ulreich und dem Convent von Melk freies Eigen um 1 Pfund Michaelidienst auf 1 Lehen zu Ladendorf bei dem Valtor, das der Pot besitzt; wenn der Abt oder sein Anwalt in Ladendorf sind, erhalten sie in Mahl wie von jedem Lehensinhaber. $$Siegler: Aussteller und Pfarrer Mert von Baden. $$Zeugen: Ritter Hainrich von Weitra, Wolfart von Guemfaren und seine Stiefsöhne Eberhart und Elbel. $$Datum: suntages nach sand Gorigen tag
