Die Brüder Ulricus und Perchtoldus de Pergaw vertauschen mit Zustimmung des Bischof Albertis von Passau mit Abt Hainricus, Prior Chunradus und dem Convent von Melk Pfarrpatronatsrechte: sie erhalten Eberrestorf, eine Filiale von Draeskirchen, und geben Oberndorf iuxta Ololczstey. $$Siegler: beide Aussteller. $$Zeugen: Mag.
