Papst Martin V. bevollmächtigt den Dekan von Passau auf Bitten von Abt Nicolaus und dem Konvent von Melk zu Untersuchung und päpstlicher Zustimmung, wenn Kloster Melk wenig nützliche Güter verkaufen und nützlichere erwerben will.
