24. April 1426, Melk
Lyenhart Eysner, Bürger zu Steyr, und seine Frau Anna verkaufen Marx dem Heasib mit Burgherrnhand des Abtes Lyenhart von Melk ihren Weingarten, genannt der Satz 1 Joch zu Newnhouen bei der Holczgassen neben dem Weingarten des Pfarres von Sand Zenn mit 10 Pfennig Kolomanni Burgrechtdienst, an Abt und Kloster Melk zum Amt Newnhouen.
