Das Konzil von Basel beauftragt den Bischof Jaurien. und die Äbte St. Emmeram in Regensburg und Heiligenkreuz Pat.; Abt und Konvent von Melk gegen alle Bedränger beizustehen unter besonderer Erwähnung städtischer Abgaben und des Gerichtsstandes geistlicher Personen.
