Abstract
12. Juli 1503, Wienne in stuba magna domus Stroblhoff
Abt Johannes von Melk läßt notariell festhalten: Papierzettel mit Appellation von Abt und Konvent an den Papst gegen die Forderung von 200 Goldstücken als subsidium caritativum des Bischofs Wigileus von Passau; nur für die Pfarrkirche Baykndorff, die voll inkorporiert ist, zahlt der Abt bei Amtsantritt 40 aurei de camera an den Papst; König Mathias hat Güter, Kleinode, Pretiosen des Klosters 8 Jahre lang spoliert; dazu kamen noch die Auslagen für die Verteidigung des Landes an König Maximilian. Zeugen: Mag. Thoma Fladrer von Weitra und Mathias Wintter, Kapläne der Kapitelherren, cler. Pat. dioc.
