Abt Michael, Prior Ämilian und der Convent verleihen das Märxlgut zu Gunthering (Gunsering, Pfarre Oberndorf, Gemeinde Gömming), welches Hanns Grebmer und seine Ehewirtin Ursula an Hannsen Noppinger und dessen Ehewirtin Elisabetha verkauft haben, diesen Käufern zu rechtem Leibgeding.

    Das Gut hat seinen Namen von Georg Mäxl oder Märxl, der es um dieses Jahr 1600 zu Leibgeding hatte, und ist das nämliche wie in A 837, A 838 .. 1634. Hanns Noppinger hat also in Stockham verkauft (A 1372, A 1379 .. 1656) und ist nach Gunthering gezogen.
