Eine gewisse Margaretha zu Kempnaten hat mit Abt Benedikt von Peuern einen Streit gehabt vor dem Bischof Johannes wegen 100 lb. Pfennig und appelliert dann, weil die Entscheidung nicht zu ihren Gunsten ausfiel, nach Rom an Papst Sixtus IV.

    Kempnaten ist vielleicht Kematen im Gericht Ötting (Bayern), wo das Stift Besitzungen hatte. Ob Abt Benedikt Gläubiger oder Schuldner war, ist in der Urkunde nicht angegeben.
