Bischof Wernhard von Passau transsumirt und bestätigt auf Bitte des Ulricus de Stiria, Propstes von Mattsee, die Urkunde seines Vorgängers Regenbert vom 23. April 1145presentibus domnis Meingoto de Waldekk, Ulrico de Pv\echperch, magistro Ottone doctore decretorum ecclesie nostre canonicis; Ulrico capellano nostro plebano in Everding; Ottone, Alberto, Lvdwico notariis curie nostre; Meinhalmo de Watzmansdorf et Pilgrimo Pincerna militibus et aliis fide dignis.
