Michael Füran zu Braunau verschreibt dem Bürger Albrecht Koppenwald zu Regensburg für eine Schuld von 18 Pfund dl. das Gut zu Simelsheim (Kirchdorfer Pf.), auf welchem er ein Erbteil innehatte.
