Wernhart Guertner zu Obernberg und seine Frau Agatha versetzen den Zechleuten und dem Gotteshause zu St. Lamprechten in der Pfarre Ort das Mittergut zu Niederdrachselheim für ein Darlehen von 82 Pfd. Pf.Siegel: 1) Wernhart Guertner, 2) Jakob Taferner, Richter zu Obernberg.
