Albertus dei gratia dux Austrie et Styrie dominus Carniole marchie et Portusnaonis uniuersis mutariis et judicibus per ducatum Austrie constitutis fidelibus suis gratiam suam et omne bonum. Quia deuoti nostri dilecti prepositus et conuentus monasterij sancti Floriani ab omni theloneo vbique per Austriam tarn in terris quam in aquis per priuilegia Romanorum imperatorum et regum ac etiam predecessorum nostrorum ducum Austrie sunt exempti, vobis vniuersis districtius inhibemus, ne quis vestrum aliquid ab eisdem in antea nomine theolonei siue mute exigat uel requirat et ne quis vestrum victualia iam dicte ecclesie sev homines siue colonos ecclesie attinentes aliquorum debitorum pretextu detineat aut detineri permittat, nisi prius a predicto preposito uel a suis officialibus uel, si causa ipsum prepositum inmediate contingat, apud judicem prouincialem iustitia requiratur, scituri, si contrarium feceritis, quod preter indignationem nostram penam centum librarum auri in suis expressam priuilegiis incidetis.
