    Bonifacius episcopus seruus seruorum Dei dilecto filio officiali Salzeburgensi salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Conquesti sunt nobis prepositus et conuentus monasterij de sancto Floriano per prepositum soliti gubernari ordinis sancti Augustini Patauiensis diocesis, quod abbas et conuentus monasterij in Ebirsberg ordinis sancti Benedicti Frisingensis diocesis super quibusdam pecuniarum summis terris possessionibus et rebus alijs ad dictum monasterium spectantibus iniuriantur eisdem, ideoque discretioni tue per apostolica scripta mandamus, quatinus partibus conuocatis audias causam et appellatione remota debito fine decidas faciens, quod decreueris, per censuram ecclesiasticam firmiter obseruari. Testes autem, qui fuerint nominati, si se gratia odio uel timore subtraxerint, censura simili appellatione cessante compellas ueritati testimonium perhibere. Datum Rome apud Sanctumpetrum vi. Nonas May pontificatus nostri anno primo.
