Papst Innozenz VII. nominat episcopum Jacobum de Aquila (Aquileja), auditorem curiae, judicem litis inter Florianenses et Conradum Galgenberger, qui rector ecclesiae S. Thomae in Aichach dioecesis Pataviensis (Passau) dicitur supra parochia in Vöcklabruck morte Conradi Anrochte vacante. Narratur, nulla habita ratione collationis Bonifacii IX papae, Praepositum et Conventum ad S. Florianum hanc ecclesiam occupasse et illicite occupatam detinuisse. Bonifacium (Papst) rem dirimendam tradidisse Hieronymo de Sydenberg, postea Nicolao de Vordis, qui ecclesiam Conrado de Anrochte adjudicavit, et S. Florianensibus perpetuum imposuit silentium. Postquam vero Florianenses ad sedem apostolicam appellarunt, Bonifazius constituisse Jacobum judicem. Cum vero decedente Bonifacio et Conrado ecclesia iterum vacavit, omne jus, quo Anrochte gaudebat, Innocentius Conrado Galgenbergerio contulit.
