Stephan der Phisster von Steyregg verkauft dem Propst Kaspar Seisenecker von St. Florian ½ Joch Weingarten zu Niederkritzendorf in der Mitterpeunt, Smyrenslegl genannt, wovon man Ulrich dem Eyzinger jährlich 2 ½ Eimer Most zu Bergrecht und 2 ½ zu Vogtrecht gibt.
