Abstract
14. August 1441
Lukas Fridensteiner, Propst zu St. Florian, gibt dem Stephan Kerschbaumer das Baumannsrecht an dem Hof zu Rietperg zu kaufen mit der Bedingung, dass er den Dienst 4 Pfund Pfennig Steuer und Robot leiste und sich selbst häuslich daselbst niederlasse.
