Eystach Frondacher, Pfleger zu Enns, entsagt seinem Streit wegen der Kriegau und erkennt das Eigentumsrecht des Stiftes St. Florian, wogegen ihm Propst Johann Stieger dieselbe auf Lebenszeit überläßt.
