    Stülz faßt die drei Notariatsinstrumente zum Thema Neubesetzung von Niederwaldkirchen (8. Februar, 7. Juni und 2. Dezember am Schluß des Jahres 1465 zusammen: Tria instrumenta Notariorum quibus edicitur lis inter monasterium S. Floriani et Stephanum Zehetner parochiae Niederwaldkirchen causa Romae agitata. Partem monasterii Romae suscepit Canonicus regularis Florianensis Petrus, syndicus et procurator ita quidem, ut unio et incorporatio valida fit declarata.
