Sententia lata ex commissione Bartholomaei Legati a latere per Officialem Salzburgensem inter parochum Jacobum Herbsleben et Bernhardum de Polheim, quo instigante parochus e possessione ejectus est, quamque mox Bernhardus Decretorum Doctor et Clericus accusatus est. Omnia Jacobo restituuntur. Herbesleben (Herbstleben) parochus fuit mense Augusto 1483.
